Friends in Deed has 3 meeting rooms available at no cost for not-for-profit organizations to use for meetings and/or presentations held during our hours of operation Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
For more information or to inquire about reserving one of our rooms, call the Friends in Deed Meeting Room Coordinator at 625-1150 ext. 102.
Two large rooms and one smaller room are available, along with electronic audio-visual equipment if arranged prior to the meeting. Audio-visual equipment must be set up and operated by a member of the meeting group.
Since Friends in Deed is an “all-volunteer” organization, we do not have either a set-up or clean-up crew available. Therefore, should changes be made to the arrangement of tables and chairs in the room, groups are asked to return the room to its original configuration, and remove all remaining materials at the conclusion of the gathering.
Our meeting rooms are currently used by over 60 different community groups including the American Red Cross for scheduled blood drives, the Green Valley Woodcarvers, Parkinson’s support groups, Lions Club, homeowners association meetings, and sewing and quilting groups to name just a few.
The kitchen at Friends in Deed may also be reserved for use in conjunction with group gatherings.
